Billy qualified as a Social Worker in 1990. Since that time he has worked as a Social Worker in a Local Authority, and has also undertaken Form f assessments for a number of independent fostering agencies. Billy joined LFS in 2005 as a Supervising Social Worker before being promoted to Team Manager.
